to Spark! Way to go with starting to jog, and making sure you get walks in. Spark has a Couch to 5K program if you are interested in trying that. Also, joining teams is really helpful with accountability and meeting people. I highly recommending joining some. Best of luck to you!

Iam going to be turning 33 in december, i been fighting with my weight going on 7 yrs. i don't want to diet anymore just get healthy and fit. i just starting jogging last weekend and been walking at least 3 times a week for the last month, so i have been active need to start counting calories holding myself more responsiable.
