I eat several small meals daily (100-150) calories. It helps me to burn calories more steadily throughout the day. You might want to try a smaller breakfast, or just eat later. I firmly believe that we should listen to our bodies. If you don't want to eat at 'lunch time' eat later. The clock should not determine when we eat!
