Sounds like a pretty good plan; maybe a little boring with those shakes! Why only 3 vegetables, though, I wonder? Or is it 3+?

The biggest mistake most people make is just not coming back, so try to at least get your login points and check in every day; tracking food and exercise daily is better; checking in with a team, too, is the best.
