Welcome! Sounds like you're off to a great start! I know it's hard to get used to, but tracking your food and workouts is really the most important thing to do. Once you have that down, you can spread your wings more- there are tons of great spark teams on here to keep you motivated and challenged! Feel free to message me anytime!

Hi everyone...I need to lose weight badly. I haven't been able to get the exercise I need, and my daughter came across this site while she was browsing for exercises I could do. It is just what I need...so hope I can stick to it!!! For now I am doing the 11 minute cardio chair workout 2 to 3 times a week, and an hour of pool fun a couple of times a week which is great. Cheers....
