Hi everyone...I need to lose weight badly. I haven't been able to get the exercise I need, and my daughter came across this site while she was browsing for exercises I could do. It is just what I need...so hope I can stick to it!!! For now I am doing the 11 minute cardio chair workout 2 to 3 times a week, and an hour of pool fun a couple of times a week which is great. Cheers....
