Hi My mane is Brenda and i sjust started my diet on the 2nd of October.. so far so good. i don't know if this will help bt on a daily , i repeat the sentence , I MUST HAVE RELENTLESS DETERMINATION, because that is what it takes. Admittedly this is about the 50th time that i have attempted to diet but I am so determined. I am not calling it a diet but i am calling it a life style change. The other key is keeping a journal. I also check out this site and read the encouraging words that others share with their upward journey to success. I read a blog last friday and there was a woman who was on her 667th day of of life style chnage. I thought WOW if I could only be so successful like her . Here is what i concluded, I can, we can be successful with one foot in fron of the other. Lets you and I try this together. day by day. Good luck.


Hi,I am new at this. I love , love , love this program. I started my diet October 2, 2013 my beginning weight was origionally 293lbs. I am currently down to 280lbs. It is a lot of work and I have to keep talking to myself so that I can stay on track. Each time I feel a food weakness coming on that would sabortage my progress I tell myself that must have RELENTLESS DETERMINATION. So far so good. I have a long way to go. So anything that you can share will be greatly appreciated

Hi there,
I am new to spark people,and would like to reach out to as many people as i possibly can, because I will need quite a bit of encouragement,as well as direction.
