Way to take the first step on your weight loss journey! I have a bad ankle from sports in high school and seemed to have problems when I first started out with the weight loss journey. Not sure how extensive your knee problem is but you might start by walking around the neighborhood and I know there are work out dvds that have moderations! The biggest loser at home challenge was my go to dvd when I started out because it wasn't too hard on my ankle. You also might want to look into water aerobics! If you have a bad knee water aerobics would be something great for you to do and the water creates that extra resistance! If you ever need any support/motivation feel free to send me a message.
