Yes, a goal is to lose 182lbs is a big task but don't forget that you FINAL goal. Break it down into manageable chunks (maybe 20-30lbs) and focus on those those smaller goals.
Your first goal should be to make yourself believe that YOU CAN DO IT by achieving a smaller goal (maybe losing 10-20lbs). This first order of business to achieve this smaller goal is to improve your nutrition and start incorporating exercise. Take baby steps and eventually you'll be making giant leaps.
