Hi! I am just getting started on Spark. I have quite a bit of weight to lose, but I am striving to lose 50 pounds by April 2014. I agree with little goals, and taking just one day at a time. Its not over night, and others around you wont mean to..but try to get you to cheat on your diet. My hubby is bad at this. LOL Just keep strong and hang in there!

Yes, a goal is to lose 182lbs is a big task but don't forget that you FINAL goal. Break it down into manageable chunks (maybe 20-30lbs) and focus on those those smaller goals.
Your first goal should be to make yourself believe that YOU CAN DO IT by achieving a smaller goal (maybe losing 10-20lbs). This first order of business to achieve this smaller goal is to improve your nutrition and start incorporating exercise. Take baby steps and eventually you'll be making giant leaps.
