I think probably the most basic thing (at least for me) is: Don't set unrealistic expectations for yourself - you didn't get to this place in your health journey overnight, and it will definitely take time for you to restore your health (via weight loss or whatever you're seeking via Spark).........take "baby steps" as needed!

welcome! the most important thing is to accurately track all of your food! if you need to overhaul your eating, start with small changes- and cut down portions slowly so you're not hungry all the time. once you have the tracking down, i would recommend joining some spark teams- i think they can be a really great source for motivation and support. you can totally do this! feel free to message me anytime!
