Hey there! As far as organic foods go, the most important ones to eat organic are meats, eggs and dairy products. There is a list on the internet, healthcastle.com/organic_foods.shtml, that should be of great help to you and also includes fruits and veggies and other foods.

Recently we decided to go more organic in our diets and lifestyles. We stopped all sugar a year ago, or at least thought we had. If I eat potato I use sweet potato instead of white. I don't use rice unless it is long grain and brown or black rice. I need some help in knowing what is truly healthy food, real food. I have been looking at some of the recipes reading some blogs and message boards. I am starting.
