I am also on a low carb diet...what I do is I don't deprive myself...I usually will have a small splurge maybe once a week - 2 weeks. Like a specialty coffee or a donut or things like that...
If you deprive yourself you WILL binge one day! So giving yourself a day to splurge once in awhile and to look forward to will help you on your journey...
Just remember MODERATION!
