emoticon I can't give you a lot of help with the quitting smoking because I don't smoke, but am cheering for you. There are several teams of people trying to quit smoking and supporting each other. Go to the Community tab at the top of the page, click on Spark Teams and then in the box where it says Search for Teams, type in Quitting Smoking and the teams will come up.

I have found the support from my teams helps tremendously.

On 9-5-2013, the new moon, I quit smoking cigarettes. I have joined this site because I could benefit from interacting with others to encourage me to remain smoke free. My goal is not to gain weight, rather take off seven pounds. The more difficult part is that drinking alcohol is a trigger for me to lite-up. Therefore, I have quite smoking and drinking! My limit is one glass of wine or a beer, after that the craving begins for a smoke and it actually hurts. I want to remain on this positive track and any support or understanding would be a comfort to me.
