The biggest step you made is joining, the hardest is actually doing something! Start small. Try light walking. Leslie Sansone has walk in home videos on youtube and they are a great way to start slow and easy.

Hello Everyone :-) My name is Ladye and Ive been on this site for a very long time, but, I have not actually done anything on it until this week. I want to accomplish so much. Im getting old now and my poor body is always in pain, (cars love me, lol) I dont want to keep growing old in this condition, I know I have full control and power of it. I just need to get past dreading the pain that that I am going to go thru in the start of this journey. Im under a great amount of stress and just feel the need to shut down or run away. but my legs hurt to much to run. LOL. I will do this. I am a survivor and stubborn. lol Thank You for reading :-)
