I am 66. It just seems to be harder to loose and easier to put it back on if I am not vigelent.
I just got a spark brand "fit bit" and I am going to wear it 24/7 to figure out how many calories I am "really" burning. I also find eating out gives me lots of salt that seems to blow me up for a few days and I need to drink more to get the water to pass.
Just keep track of your food and exercise every day and don't assume.
Also weighing only once a week works better for me.
