I'm new here and ready for change. Looking forward to getting to know you guys and find some good motivators/friends to interact with about these lifestyle changes.
I have had past success doing a "Sugarbusters" type eating style. It seems to be, after a lifetime of being overweight, that I can stick to this plan.
I absolutely DESPISE cardio. I work hard and sweat all day, that's not the issue. I know that I need to buck up and DO IT. I have an exercise bike in my extra room, I have 725 acres of hiking trails, I have a pool available within walking distance, a bicycle, I just can't seem to motivate myself to get out there and do it. Something needs to change for me to lose this weight though.
I love strength training, lifting, body building, yoga. All of those things you don't have to move quickly for!
