It sounds like you have been doing a fantastic job. We all slip once in a while. Give yourself credit for what you have accomplished and keep at it. We are all here to support you! I am just new to the message boards as I haven't faced the scale in 6 months. I am scared once I step on I will go into I might as well eat an entire box of cookies mode. But...today I will step on that scale....reality sucks!

I am new hear. I started my weight loss journey in 2010. I have lost 80 lbs and kept it off for the most part. However, for the last month or so I have completely lost motivation. I have not been going to the gym, or working out at all. I have been slacking on eating right. So, today I decided I am ending all of that. It is time to reach out. I got up this morning at 5 am and went to the gym even though I really wanted to crawl back into bed. After I worked out I felt a ton better. I remembered why I love early morning workouts so much. I am not drained from my day already. I already have my workout in and they help me to stay focused on eating right throughout the day. I also decided if I am going to do this right, that I need a little motivation and support. So I joined spark people. I am hoping you all can help as I know I will have low days, days when I do not feel the greatest, or do not feel like I can do this. That's when I will need to lean on you all. I hope that someone out there is willing to help with that. I will intern be willing to do the same for you. As I know very well losing weight is a journey. Thank you for listening and best wishes.
