Welcome to Sparkpeople and congratulations on all your success!!!! I have arthritis in my spine, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue plus heaps of past injuries, so I feel your pain! LOL I am a do now, think later person....lots of fun but get hurt being silly!!! :)
Walking walking walking...swimming swimming swimming...biking biking biking...and some light resistance training a couple times a week...rest days are also important, but even on those days with arthritis, a small walk is good.
YOU CAN DO THIS...:) Eat clean and healthy and just keep moving. Stay positive and believe it will happen! :)
