STAY STRONG!!! You are close to your 1 week mark. As suggested, find healthy snacks and stay active. Try not to focus on the negative aspects of "eating healthy" and go for the positive. The results, the way you feel, etc. Smile--- you had 5 days of success and day 6 is just a bump in the road.. you are stronger, i know it!!

My advice would be to stick with it, don't give up and take advantage of all the support you can get.

When I feel the need to over eat I hit the panic button, go for a walk, work out, remember why I started my weight loss journey in the first plave and drink lots of water.

hello,
i am new to sparkpeople. today i woke up on day 6 of new diet and just needed to be somewhere i could track my intake and connect up with people with the same goals. today i am finding every emotion that i previously stuffed with food or (when i smoked- cigarettes) are showing up today. has anyone else gone through this? any suggestions for how cope with it and stay on track? thanks in advance, annie
