I don't use the Sparkpeople plan and I don't plan my meals in advance. I just put in my foods as I eat them. Hope this helps!

Hi, I'm Cherboo and have been doing SPARK for a few months and just joined the coaching. I've lost 25 pounds and exercise is consistant. My problem is being an "intuitive" the precise tracking on SPARK drives me crazy. I would like to have a "generic" plan for so many fruits, veggies, proteins, milks, fat, etc per day and then allow myself to make my meals from that as I go thru the day. My life is filled with spontanaiety and it is hard to plan precisely what I will eat at the beginning of the day. I still want a food plan to keep me losing weight but want something that I don't have to do every day. Does anyone know of a tracker that I can print out that is generic that I can just check off portions during the day?. I do the coaching and excercize and finding a simpler tracking system would really cut down my anxiety, I believe.
