I had lost a lot of weight and felt good. Then some strange things happened in my life and i gained more weight. I started about 2 months ago walking/jogging and now i am getting ready to run a 5k in a few weeks. However i tend to get going for so long and then its fizzles out. I am hoping that spark people and the spark people community will help me keep at it even in the winter time!! I live in Pennsylvania and it really snows hard in my area so i need to make sure i have good cross training ideas. So far i really love this site and am getting use to looking at everything that is going on. I love reading the different articles. They are all so inspiring. good luck to all!!
