Stress is something that I have found is one of the most important things to manage in order to have a healthy weight level. Definitely is important to me...


In the end, the best things in life came from our own inner growth and that came from dealing with things that we wish didn't exist and making them better. So in that way, bad things are a huge blessing.

I getting another start at getting to a healthy weight. I haven't tried Sparks and am finding it very user friendly. Just wanted to say Hi. I'm 70 and I have been over 200 for at least 15-20 years. Recently retired from a job of throwing cases of paper goods around and find I'm bloating out since I'm not moving like I was when working. My husband and I have joined the gym but since Feb. he has had knee replacement surgery and double bypass so we missed months of our gym visits. Now we need to get with it to get in better health. I'm glad to be here with Sparks.
