I am so, so sorry you're in so much pain. :( I am glad to know you are with family, but that doesn't lessen the pain of such an emotionally jarring event. You've taken the first step, however; not only will losing weight and becoming more active make you healthier physically, it also helps emotionally. It will give you a focus, and exercise will become like a drug (in a good way!; if you're like me, you will eventually turn to exercise when you feel sad/lonely/angry/etc. For now, just focus on taking it one step at a time. Set fast break goals, 3 of them, and make sure they're small-10 min. of exercise a day, 8 glasses of water a day, 3 servings of fruits or veggies a day, etc. Focus on those for the first week or two, and when you meet them every day (or however many days you aim for out of the week), either increase them or add in a couple more. This is how you build healthy habits. You can do this!!!!!
