I've been using SP for a while now to track food and exercise. I found WW to be really effective for me, but I just simply can't afford it. And I am so glad! This program is not just free, but better and easier to use in my opinion, I just love it and the encouragement for a healthy lifestyle, not just weigh loss.
I've yo-yo'd for a while now but since my 22 Birthday I decided I needed to get a handle on my fitness while I still can. I started with steps of cutting soda, cutting other drinks, cutting sugar. I've made good progress so far, but now I really want to get my BMI below overweight and KEEP it there.
I've had a good week so I'm introducing myself now to keep my motivation up!
