When I first started seriously trying to lose weight the same thing happened to me. After researching and learning from others on Spark, I discovered I was insulin resistant. I had to lower my carbs and never eat carbs without pairing with protein , and then I lost weight! There is a book that helped me "The Insulin-Reistance Diet" by Cheryle Hart and Mary Kay Grossman.
