Hello everyone! I just joined. I am runner. I run 1.5 - 2 miles everyday. Getting in shape for my sisters wedding coming up September 14th. Running is not new to me. I have been running since I was in high school. Things just come up and I stopped running for awhile. Now that I've started again, I do not want to stop.
I'm on here for moral support and to be pushed when I need to be. I also would like to incorporate yoga or some other type of workout along with running so I can start to tone up. I've tried in the past, but burned myself out and stop working out altogether. Advice would be great!
