Well you are an inspiration to me. The spark keystone is small changes, done consistently make the difference in the long haul.
I have only lost 39 pounds in the last 5 years I have been here at spark people... slowly changing one bad habit with a productive one. I walk now with friends, I do water aerobics I look younger, ( says my hubby) and I feel more energetic.
But you may just be able to do it faster than I. Find others who are interested in the same food and exercise plans and join their teams. Start doing the 10 minute at a time exercises. Start posting your food and exercise. Start educating yourself on what is best for you to eat.
Please use the social media portion of spark because it was ladies I met with locally who kept me sparking when everything seemed bleak.
