Hi All, My name is Bella. I am (66 years young !!!!!!!!!!!
I am on day 7 and I am doing great. Doc appointment today, will post weight and such in groups latter on today.
I have COPD and have been on steroids. Inactivity has made me put on way too much weight.
(as you can see from my picture)
I am borderline diabetic and my cholesterol is also borderline .Boy do I need help!!! LOL
I love to eat, it was never a problem before because I burned off the calories. I was a manager for a food service at a college and was contently on the go. I had to retire when I got COPD and it's been down hill since then. So I'm here to learn all I can and inch my way back to health. Or at least get better better than I am now
