Yes, eating gluten free keeps me eating healthy! almost all junk food has wheat in it, it seems. But i can still eat carbs! I can have rice, potatos, and gluten free pastas! so i still need to watch what i eat in the carb department!!!
So today is going good so far! Been doing a lot of walking around today. I am going to try and do a Jillian Micheals workout video tonight since i cant go to the gym. Have back to school night for my son tonight. It's 11:30am right now and i have 4500 steps so far per my Fitbit. So doing good!! my goal is 15,000 a day at least. However, today i feel a little tired. Maybe need to up my protein!
I do LOVE whole foods! but its soooooo expensive! I treat myself to it sometimes! Hope everyone is doing good! stay motivated!!! My goal today is not to eat anything after dinner!
