Don't buy into the "Over 50, so it is harder" story! It is as hard as you make it! I am 56, post-menopausal and lost 130# in 12 months. You can, too, if you want it badly enough. Perhaps not that fast (I was pretty focused!), but you can lose and lose well. Let me know if I can help in any way.
