And I know exactly what you mean about getting caught up in the moment with friends and stuff. I have the same problem at times. But the new fitness/nutrition tracker allows for you to do more exercise so you can eat more. While this is not a common theme for me to practice, it does make me feel better knowing that the days I eat 2,000 calories are also the days that I burned 1200 and probably needed to eat more to keep my body sane. :-) Stick with it, I am always here for support should you need it!
