So you know how it goes...
You sometimes go to the gym, try and make healthy choices a lot of the time...but hey! Why not grab some McDonalds? It's not that bad. And pizza? As long as it's once in a while...and another round of beers? Hey, it's the weekend. As long as it's once in a while, everything in moderation...I'll get back to the gym tomorrow....
And pretty soon, once in a while is all the time. Tomorrow becomes a month away from fitness, and suddenly your clothes are too tight and the scale is up 20 lbs!
