hi, to anyone in the same boat as me ,next year I will be 60 and don't want to be fat ,I want to lose the weight get fit and enjoy and extend my life by a good few years,sparkpeople is a great site for me as I also have agoraphobia so a conventional slimming club is not for me ,this is great I can log what I eat , how much I excesise ,how much weight I have lost and even how I feel on a day to day basis, the motivation from other users really helps thankyou to everyone.
