Thanks, and yes there is plenty of information on this site. I have enjoyed it so far. The points system keeps you really motivated. Since I joined I have challenged myself to get a minimum on 20 points a day.

Hello All,
Just here to introduce myself to the community. I was introduced to the site by my sister. Also, I have started exercising for a total of three weeks. I have not seen major results yet but I feel better and for now I will take that.
