I think you should check out the Sparkpage of this lady, she could hardly stand on her feet before but she still lost 250 (!!) pounds by both eating healthier AND doing aerobics (even though she couldn't stand!)! She a hell of an inspiration and can give you great ideas in my opinion! And she's a great writer, it's hard to stop reading her blogs! :)
