Don't be surprised if your numbers are the same -- or even if you notice a slight increase. It takes a good 4-6 weeks for your body to get used to your new routine. You CAN do this, so don't be discouraged by anything that happens the first few weeks. :)

I ekpt track of my in-take in food and stayed within my range. I exercised 4 times this week. Hopefully I see the numbers go done.
