Hey everyone. Just a bit about me. I am 27 and 190 lbs. I can't even believe I got this fat! I used to weight a healthy 130-140 during college, but after graduating, it has been a lot of sitting down/jobs and not much else. I really want to feel healthy, attractive, and comfortable in my own skin once again. I can't stand looking in mirrors and forget about ever wearing tank tops or swimsuits. I put those away after about the 160-170 range. The disgusted looks just got to be too embarrassing. Anyways, I hope using this to help count calories will be a big help in the long run. I think it will be better to help when I plateau...which I do often. Hope to get to chat with some off you soon!
