Just joined this site. Trying to get more fit and ready for Bilateral Total Knee Replacement with swimming, water aerobics and personal trainer. Have experimented with a lot of sites and really wish I could track this on my Blackberry Torch. Started out with the Fatsecretapp which is a great app on my BB torch, but the site does not have the exercise and helpful support that Sparkpeople has.
