Hi I am new here I am trying to lose at least 50 more lbs for my wedding on April 26, 2014. So far I have already lost 18lbs since I started last month. I know I am going to plateau soon and I want to have motivation and a plan in place to defeat it. I am starting the gym on August 1st. I also would like to start walking some in the evenings after work on the days I dont go to the gym. The evenings after dinner are the hardest for me.
