emoticon Have you tried following the food plan on the nutrition tracker? The new book that is out "Spark Solution" does have a specific food plan for a couple of weeks or so if you were inclined to buy it. I use neither since we have a gluten free house for my husband. Making accommodation for that plus his diabetes is enough restriction for me.

Good luck!!

Hi and welcome back. There are so many great tools and great people involved with this site. I'm sure that SP can help you along on your journey to a healthy lifestyle.

I never used any kind of a diet plan. I just looked at the nutrients each day that were on the calorie counter and planned my meals around them. I cooked simply and stayed within my calorie range and it worked well. Good luck!

Hi, As you can see by my name, i'm BACK and trying to figure out how to use this site. Is there a food plan besides the weekly menu that can be followed. I'm looking for a more general guide, like picking food exchanges. Is there something like that on this site? Thanks for your help
