I will continue to track all food and exercise to reach my goal. Only 4 lbs to go! I weighed in at age 22 at 182.5 lbs and at 66 years old I'm at 140 and very fit. I completed my first sprint triathlon this June with my husband. We did a sprint length and came in first in our age groups!
