I lost 40 lbs from 218 to 178 and one of the major contributing factors was sparkpeople.com.
I have gained a few lbs back over the last year when in reality I wanted to lose a little more before I started working on some muscle gain.
One thing I've found is that just tracking my food on this website keeps me more honest than anything else I try to stay motivated - and I'm betting being at least somewhat active in the Spark community this time around will help even more. So I'm back here hoping to finish what I started, and absolutely not slip back to how I used to be. Thanks sparkpeople!
