Welcome! You've come to the right place. SparkPeople is a real life saver--I know it has been that way for me. You'll find lots of supportive, caring friends here. You've already taken the first step--setting up your Spark page. That will help people get to know you. Join a few teams of people with something in common with yourself--location, hobbies, amount to lose, age group, etc. And then make the commitment to track your food and exercise every single day. Just treat it like a job and make sure you do AT LEAST that much each day. You'll find lots of great information and support on SP, but the best part is the people. So jump right in and start tracking your progress. I find it helps to make a game of it and try to earn at least 50 points a day by reading articles, watching videos, finding recipes, interacting with other Spark friends, etc. It can be fun and helps keep my motivation high. Remember, you are worth it and together we can do it!!
