Three days! What do they say, two weeks makes a habit? But I think it becomes easier after one week, and you are well on your way :-)
Take a look at SparkTeams too, ones that have relevance to you--because they are kind of like more message boards, of groups of people you perhaps share an interest with. I've found the challenges they have to be inspiring sometimes, you know, it's like your all in the challenge together (whatever focus it might have). It feels good to be part of a team. There is also a special challenge area outside of the regular SparkTeams. You'll find them under the Community pull down of the screen top yellow/orange bar.
Best of luck on achieving your goals, and be sure to reward yourself (with non-food rewards) for sticking to your goals, and also sometimes just for sticking to your plan!
