I have been falling off the wagon constantly for too long, and this morning's weight at my scale is the heaviest ever. I didn't need to weigh myself, my hips and knees and legs have been trying to tell me this can't go on, but I haven't been paying enough attention.
So starting with small steps - drink my water and make much better choices in good nutritious foods. My walking is limited to short walks because of the pain of the legs, so the best I can do is watch my food intake. Am I right in thinking this?
I am going to use the phrase I read in someone else's post I read this morning - start slow so I can go fast! And I will track my meals on this site to keep me accountable.
