Just checking this program out and getting used to all the tracking. Came for a food tracker and found so much more. I'm hoping this will help me see where I can improve my intake and output to improve my physique....okay...decrease my thunder thighs and baggy underarms! I'm getting old (er) but not going down without a fight dang it! So...
