Welcome to SP. I too am on the night shift and I agree with JENNGIRL29. There food tracker isn't on a set time. Track at whatever time works for you. I plan/prepare my meals and snacks ahead of time. I try not to eat when I'm at work at night. Wishing you the best!!!
