I agree with all the other suggestion. Do you like chocolate milk? It's a great (and surprisingly filling!) after-workout snack that could add some calcium to your day.
Another idea that sounds weird, but I do it all the time, is to add a cup or two of spinach to smoothies. You can't taste the spinach at all, and since it's a dark, leafy green, it's got calcium. It's really low calories (7 in a cup, I think), so this can be done without sacrificing too many calories, and as an added bonus, you get 1-2 extra servings of freggies!
