I am and my husband is trying. I keep having to add what I make and exercises/ingredients on the trackers. There is a definitely a learning curve but I will get to my goal - or my body's goal at the end. Glad to know there are others out there.

My daughter and I are new patients at a Maximized Living chiropractic center in Jacksonville, FL. We will be participating in the "RESOLVE: The New Year's Weight Loss Challenge" which will be encouraging a 30-day Advanced Plan challenge. I've already been purging my pantry and refrigerator to eliminate non-plan foods in preparation for the event. Glad to see there are others who benefited from this plan. I'm looking forward to the transformation.

Good Afternoon. I'm new to SP and trying to navigate these waters. I am currently attempting a plan from my chiropractor that is basically eating zero processed foods, no bad oils, etc. Is anyone else on a maximized living plan?
