Stick to your nutrition ranges that are assigned by Spark. Healthy foods are better than processed, but do what you've gotta do. If you normally eat breakfast when you get home from work, eat breakfast. If that's dinner, eat dinner. You can use the meal plans that are offered as well if you don't know what to eat. Also, the nutrition articles on there (look under Articles & Videos at the top) are great help.
