I'm interested in participating in a 5:2 group. Are we able to set one up on Spark? I'm currently in a very large FB group, but there are just so many posts it's overwhelming. I've had a couple of attempts on this program, but have fallen off the wagon on my fast day as I wasn't organised. What works best for me is to drink fasting tea until lunch (early at 11.30am), and then have some ratatouille (only 85 cals per serve, will try to find the recipe). Then more mid afternoon with more tea, and a more or less regular dinner.
Then I plan to have a low carb dinner two other nights of the week, as I feel much better the next morning when I do. So that's two fast days, two low carb dinner days, and three days eat normally (but not to excess). It'll be interesting to see what transpires.
