Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Get familiar with everything here, make a sparkpage and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. You should use the team search bar and type in things like interests/hobbies or the first number of your age followed by a 0 and something. Example "30 something", good luck on your journey

I did the same thing back in 2009. I came back last August, hit my goal in November and have stayed on to maintain.

It is overwhelming. Take everything in baby steps every day. You'll do great!

I joined a while ago and honestly, I couldn't get into it. I think there was so much to take in at once and I just didn't give it enough time to catch on. So here I am again, hoping to get to know everyone. emoticon
